Common use of Cross-Collateral and Future Advances Clause in Contracts

Cross-Collateral and Future Advances. It is the express intention of the Mortgagor that this Mortgage secure payment and performance of all of the Obligations, whether now existing or hereinafter incurred by reason of future advances by the Bank or otherwise, and regardless of whether such Obligations are or were contemplated by the parties at the time of the granting of this Mortgage. Notice of the continuing grant of this Mortgage shall not be required to be stated on the face of any document evidencing any of the Obligations, nor shall such documents be required to otherwise specify that they are secured hereby.
