Cross-corporate Guaranties. Each Borrower shall concurrently execute and deliver to Silicon a Cross-Corporate Continuing Guaranty, in form and substance satisfactory to Silicon, in order to guarantee all Obligations of the other Borrower in favor of Silicon.
