Cross Default to Master Agreement. If any party to the Master Agreement materially defaults in the performance of any of the terms of the Master Agreement, the non-defaulting party may terminate this SC Agreement and the Master Agreement by providing written notice of termination to the defaulting party of the nature of the default or material breach of the Master Agreement, and the termination shall be effective thirty days from receipt of notice unless the defaulting party cures such default within said thirty-day period
