Common use of Cross-Guaranties Clause in Contracts

Cross-Guaranties. The Nexstar Guaranty of Mission Obligations is effective to bind the Nexstar Entities to an unconditional guarantee of the Mission Obligations and is a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Nexstar Entities, enforceable against each such Nexstar Entity in accordance with its terms, except as such enforceability may be limited by Debtor Relief Laws and by general principles of equity.

Cross-Guaranties.
