Common use of Cross-Receipts of the Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Cross-Receipts of the Purchasers. The Company and the Purchasers shall have executed and delivered a cross-receipt acknowledging the Company’s delivery to the Purchasers of the certificates representing the Purchased Securities issued and sold to the Purchasers on the Closing Date to the Purchasers and the Purchasers’ payment therefor.

Cross-Receipts of the Purchasers. The Company and the Purchasers shall have executed and delivered a cross-receipt acknowledging the Company’s delivery to the Purchasers of the documents and certificates representing the Purchased Securities issued and sold to the Purchasers on the Closing Date to the Purchasers and the Purchasers’ payment therefor.

Cross-Receipts of the Purchasers. The Company and the Purchasers Purchaser shall have executed and delivered a cross-receipt acknowledging the Company’s delivery to the Purchasers Purchaser of the certificates representing the Purchased Class A Securities issued and sold to the Purchasers on the Purchaser at such Closing Date to the Purchasers and the Purchasers’ Purchaser’s payment thereforfor such Class A Securities.

Cross-Receipts of the Purchasers. The Company and the Purchasers shall have executed and delivered a cross-receipt acknowledging the Company’s delivery to the Purchasers of the certificates representing the Purchased Securities issued and sold to the Purchasers on the such Closing Date to the Purchasers and the Purchasers’ payment therefor.

The Company and the Purchasers shall have executed and delivered a cross-receipt acknowledging the Company’s delivery to the Purchasers of the Notes or and certificates representing the Purchased Securities issued Shares and sold the Warrants to the Purchasers be delivered on the such Subsequent Closing Date to the Purchasers and the Purchasers’ payment therefor.

Cross-Receipts of the Purchasers. The Company and the Purchasers shall have executed and delivered a cross-receipt acknowledging the Company’s delivery to the Purchasers of the Notes or certificates representing the Purchased Securities issued Shares and sold the Warrants to the Purchasers be delivered on the First Closing Date to the Purchasers and the Purchasers’ payment therefor.

Cross-Receipts of the Purchasers. The Company and the Purchasers shall have executed and delivered a cross-receipt acknowledging the Company’s 's delivery to the Purchasers of the Notes, Warrants and certificates representing the Purchased Securities issued and sold to the Purchasers on the Closing Date Shares to the Purchasers and the Purchasers’ ' payment therefor.
