Cross-Selling. It is the intention of Good Xxx, Camping World and the GMACI Agency that they and their respective subsidiaries and Affiliates pursue other cross selling opportunities and that they reasonably compensate each other therefor on an actual volume basis. Nothing in this Section IX.1. shall be deemed to require either party to make efforts on behalf of the other party outside of the normal course of its business or if such would interfere with the other party’s business or otherwise diminish the provisions of this Agreement.
