Common use of Cross Warranties Clause in Contracts

Cross Warranties. Retailer warrants as to the Retailer Content, and GSI warrants as to the GSI Products, that any materials and updates or enhancements there to shall not: (a) infringe on the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party or any rights of publicity or privacy; (b) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation the laws and regulations governing export control, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising); (c) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (d) be obscene, pornographic or indecent.
