Crossbeam will Process Personal Data Clause Samples
This clause establishes that Crossbeam is responsible for processing personal data as part of its services. In practice, this means Crossbeam may collect, store, use, or otherwise handle information that can identify individuals, such as names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The core function of this clause is to clarify Crossbeam's role and obligations regarding personal data, ensuring transparency and compliance with privacy regulations.
Crossbeam will Process Personal Data. (1) to fulfill its obligations to Customer under the Agreement and this Addendum, including to share data provided by Customer with Partners (as defined in the Agreement) as instructed by Customer; (2) on Customer’s behalf; (3) in compliance with Data Protection Laws; and (4) to perform its legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims in respect of the Agreement.
