Crossing. The Landlord shall assist the Tenant in the Tenant’s efforts to develop, at the Tenant’s cost, any roads and/or crossings or other Improvements across the Site and boundary lines of the Site to the adjacent land, including relocation of utilities, providing culverts for storm water drainage, and any other Improvements. The Tenant or others, excluding the Landlord, will pay the cost to relocate or modify the infrastructure for these roads and/or crossings and/or other Improvements.

The Landlord shall not be required to incur any costs or expenses in its efforts to assist the Tenant.

Utility servitudes and/or easements shall be in such locations as are acceptable to Landlord, in its reasonable discretion.
Crossing. Before crossing, a vessel shall take into account the fairway conditions and prevailing circumstances and make sure that the crossing does not impede navigation of the vessel, and sound signals have been given as required. Except otherwise specified in this part, the crossing vessel shall, when meeting with upward or downward vessels, keep out of the way and pass astern of the upward or downward vessels.

Crossing. Owner may not construct a crossing over the Drainage Ditches without the prior written consent of District, which consent will not be withheld unreasonably. In seeking the written consent of District for a crossing, Owner shall provide District with detailed plans and specifications showing the nature of the proposed crossing, its size and location. Under no circumstances shall Owner be required to approve a crossing which consists of a pipe or other structure which District determines, in its sole and exclusive judgment, interferes with or obstructs or may interfere with or obstruct the flow of water within the Drainage Ditches, or which interferes with or may interfere with Grantor’s ability to inspect, clean, maintain, repair and operate the Drainage Ditches.
Crossing. (a) Railroad hereby grants to Licensee, insofar as it has the legal right and its present title hereby permits, the Licensee to use at grade, over the roadway and track of Railroad at M.P. , located at a point near the Town of , County of , State of Pennsylvania, more expressly shown on the plan hereto attached and made a part hereof, and known as Exhibit A, including any appurtenances thereto (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Crossing”).
(b) The Crossing shall be a private one, and Licensee shall not permit it to be used except by Licensee, its officers, employees, agents and other persons having business or visiting with Licensee. No lease, assignment of any type or transfer or conveyance of a real property interest is intended by this License.
(c) The Crossing shall be located in exact accordance with Exhibit A and no departure shall at any time be made therefrom except upon the prior approval of Railroad's Vice President Maintenance of Way.
Crossing. Any dispute that may arise shall be settled by acc. Norwegian law and at the seller's venue unless the parties agree on another venue.
