Common use of Crossing Order Clause in Contracts

Crossing Order. Recipient shall obtain a Crossing Order for project prior to any construction costs (labor and material) being considered eligible for reimbursement or reimbursed from Grant Funds. Project Costs will only be reimbursed through the design phase of Project until Crossing Order is obtained. Recipient shall provide this documentation to ODOT’s ConnectOregon Program Manager.
