Common use of Crude Oil Priority Clause in Contracts

Crude Oil Priority. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 20, the Production of Crude Oil shall not be unduly delayed or hindered by any evaluation or indecision with regard to the possible Development of a Discovery of Associated Gas or Non-associated Gas.
