Common use of Crude Oil Purchase Price Clause in Contracts

Crude Oil Purchase Price. For each Crude Oil Lot to be delivered to the Delivery Points, Coffeyville shall pay Vitol an amount equal to the transfer price (the “Transfer Price”), which shall be equal to (***). The provisions of this Article 9 are intended to apply only for pricing purposes and shall not be deemed or construed to alter the intention of the Parties that all Crude Oil shall be owned exclusively by Vitol until the passage of title occurs consistent with the provisions of Section 6.3. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Transfer Price for Transactions shall be a floating price based on the mutually agreed index of market prices (adjusted for contract differentials and WTI Price Rolls) plus Vitol’s costs to acquire and deliver Crude Oil, and plus the Origination Fee, all as more specifically set forth in Article 9, including but not limited to Section 9.3(b). For purposes of such calculations, the following provisions shall apply:
