Common use of CSA Approval Clause in Contracts

CSA Approval. All electrical Goods shall be fully CSA approved and shall bear appropriate approval stickers in accordance with the requirement of the Canadian Electric Code and the applicable legislation and regulations. The Contractor/Supplier shall be responsible for all associated costs in obtaining CSA approval and completing any necessary modifications required.
