CSC Financial Statements. A copy of CSC's current audited financial statements and service auditor's report will be sent annually to the District Directors of OTS, OCC, FDIC, and/or the state regulatory agency that has jurisdiction over the Customer's business, as applicable, and to the managing officer of the Customer.
