CSC Insurance Sample Clauses
The CSC Insurance clause requires the party identified as CSC to maintain specific types and amounts of insurance coverage as stipulated in the contract. This typically includes coverage such as general liability, professional liability, or property insurance, and may require CSC to provide proof of insurance to the other party upon request. CSC Insurance. At all times during the term of this Agreement, CSC, at its own cost and expense, will maintain the following types of insurance:
(a) Workers’ compensation insurance that provides applicable statutory benefits for all of CSC’s employees including, without limitation, Flight Support Personnel, performing services pursuant to this Agreement and includes broad form all-states coverage; and
(b) Employer’s liability insurance for bodily injury by accident or disease.
