CSS Services Sample Clauses

The CSS Services clause defines the scope and nature of services provided under the agreement, specifically those related to Customer Support Services (CSS). It typically outlines what types of support or assistance are included, such as technical troubleshooting, maintenance, or user guidance, and may specify service levels, response times, or channels of communication. By clearly delineating the responsibilities and expectations for support, this clause ensures both parties understand the extent of services provided and helps prevent disputes over service obligations.
