Common use of Cultural Competence Plan Clause in Contracts

Cultural Competence Plan. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Contractor’s Cultural Competence Plan submitted in accordance with Cal. Code Regs., tit. 9, § 1810.410, and approved by the Department. The Contractor shall update the Cultural Competence Plan and submit these updates to the Department for review and approval annually.

Cultural Competence Plan. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Contractor’s 's Cultural Competence Plan submitted in accordance with Cal. Code Regs.Title 9,CCR, tit. 9, § Section 1810.410, and approved by the Department. The Contractor shall comply with any changes . . to Cultural Competence Plan requirements and standards for cultural and linguistic competence established by the Department to be effective during the term of the contract. The Contractor shall provide an update on the Cultural Competence Plan and submit these updates as required by Title 9, CCR, Section in a format to be determined by the Department for review and approval annuallyDepartment.
