Common use of Cultural Competence Plan Clause in Contracts

Cultural Competence Plan. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Contractor’s Cultural Competence Plan submitted in accordance with Cal. Code Regs., tit. 9, § 1810.410, and approved by the Department. The Contractor shall update the Cultural Competence Plan and submit these updates to the Department for review and approval annually.

Cultural Competence Plan. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Contractor’s Cultural Competence Plan submitted in accordance with 42 CFR 438.206(c)(2) Cal. Code Regs., tit. 9, § 1810.410, and approved by the Department. The Contractor shall update the Cultural Competence Plan and submit these updates to the Department for review and approval annually.
