Cumulative Amount Clause Samples
Cumulative Amount. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the maximum total credit for failure to meet the Service Level Guarantees under this Agreement for any calendar month shall not exceed 30% of your monthly recurring fee for the affected Hosted System. Credits that would be available but for this limitation will not be carried forward to future months.
Cumulative Amount. As of the Closing Date, no restricted payments, investments or prepayments have been made under the Cash Flow Credit Agreement using the Cumulative Amount.
