Cumulative Remedies; Enforceability. (a) In the event of Executive’s breach or threatened breach of the covenants set forth in this Section 5, the parties acknowledge that the Company will suffer irreparable harm and the Company will be entitled to an injunction restraining Executive from committing such breach. Executive affirmatively waives any requirement that the Company post any bond, demonstrate the likelihood of irreparable harm to the Company, or demonstrate that any actual damages will be suffered by the Company or any other entity seeking enforcement hereof as a result of Executive’s breach of any of the covenants set forth in this Section 5.
