Common use of Cumulative Remedies; Failure or Delay Clause in Contracts

Cumulative Remedies; Failure or Delay. The rights and remedies provided for under this Agreement are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights and remedies that may be available to the Purchaser Parties under Applicable Law or otherwise. No failure or delay on the part of any Purchaser Party in the exercise of any power, right or remedy under the Note Documents shall impair such power, right or remedy or operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such power, right or remedy preclude other or further exercise thereof or of any other power, right or remedy.
