Common use of Cumulative Remedies; Failure or Delay Clause in Contracts

Cumulative Remedies; Failure or Delay. The rights and remedies provided for under this Guaranty are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights and remedies that may be available to the Seller under applicable law or otherwise. No failure or delay on the part of the Seller in the exercise of any power, right or remedy under this Guaranty shall impair such power, right or remedy or shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such power, right or remedy preclude other or further exercise of such or any other power, right or remedy.
