Cumulative With Other Rights. The indemnification and right to advancement of expenses provided by this Section 6.14 shall be in addition to any other rights to which Covered Person may be entitled under any agreement with the Company or vote of the Members, as a matter of law or otherwise, both as to action or inaction of the Covered Person in its capacity as such.
