Curable defaults by AURA. Contractor shall have the right to terminate performance under this Agreement at any time for AURA’s default of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, by notifying AURA in writing and giving AURA thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of such default and the opportunity to cure such default. If AURA fails to cure such default(s), Contractor may terminate this agreement after the expiration of the cure period upon sending written notice of termination to AURA.
