Common use of Cure Defects Clause in Contracts

Cure Defects. Promptly upon having knowledge thereof, cure or cause to be cured any defects in the execution and delivery of any of the Loan Documents or any of the other agreements, instruments or documents contemplated thereby or executed pursuant thereto or any defects in the validity or enforceability of any of the Loan Documents and execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered all such agreements, instruments and other documents as the Agent may consider reasonably necessary or desirable for the foregoing purposes.

Cure Defects. Promptly upon having knowledge thereof, cure or cause to be cured any defects in the execution and delivery of any of the Loan Documents or any of the other agreements, instruments or documents contemplated thereby or executed pursuant thereto or any defects in the validity or enforceability of any of the Loan Documents and and, at its expense, execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered all such agreements, instruments and other documents as the Agent Lender may consider reasonably necessary or desirable for the foregoing purposes.
