Cure for Breaches of Covenants. In the event any party to this Agreement breaches any of its covenants or obligations made hereunder (other than covenants and obligations made under Section 6.01 or 6.09 hereof), he/it shall be given ten (10) calendar days within which to cure such breach, following receipt by the breaching party of written notice from the non-breaching party of the existence and the extent of each such breach. The parties acknowledge and agree that the foregoing cure period is reasonable in relation to the covenants and obligations they have undertaken pursuant to this Agreement.
