Cure of an Event of Default. An Event of Default shall be deemed cured only if such default shall be remedied or cured within the time periods specified in Section 10.2 above, as may be applicable, provided, however, upon request of the Defaulting Participant the Commission may waive the default at its sole discretion, where such waiver shall not be unreasonably withheld.
