Common use of Cure of Defects in Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Cure of Defects in Loan Documents. Promptly cure and cause to be promptly cured any defects in the creation, issuance, execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents; and upon request of the Agent and at the Borrower’s expense, the Borrower will promptly execute and deliver, and cause to be executed and delivered, to the Agent or its designee, all such additional documents, agreements and/or instruments in compliance with or in accomplishment of the covenants and agreements of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and/or to create, perfect, preserve, extend and/or maintain any and all Liens created pursuant hereto or pursuant to any other Loan Document as valid and perfected Liens (of a priority as set forth in this Agreement) in favor of the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders to secure the Obligations, all as reasonably requested from time to time by the Agent.
