Cure Services for Rejected Account(s. A. For any Account rejected by the Guarantor in whole or in part because of servicing error which occurred prior to AFSA’s servicing or for which AFSA is otherwise not liable under the Servicing Agreement, AFSA and/or an outside collection agency selected by AFSA will attempt to reinstate the guaranty (cure) on the Account under the terms and conditions specified below and for the fees specified herein.
