CURE SERVICING. At the Trust's or NSLF's request, the Subservicer agrees to perform additional servicing activities not required under the terms of this Agreement for those Education Loans transferred to Subservicer as Converted Education Loans which have not been previously serviced in accordance with the Education Act and Regulations, and which require additional servicing activity to attempt to maintain or reinstate the loans' principal and interest guarantee from the Guarantor ("Cure Procedures"
