Common use of Cured Payment Default Clause in Contracts

Cured Payment Default. If after a Payment Default, the Defaulting Project Participant cures such Payment Default within forty-five (45) calendar days after the issuance of the Late Payment Notice by CCP, the Defaulting Project Participant’s Project Revenue Rights shall be reinstated and its Project Rights shall not be subject to termination and disposal as provided for in Sections 12.6 and 12.8. In order to cure a Payment Default, the Defaulting Project Participant must deposit the full amount of any unpaid Invoice Amounts and any associated Late Payment Penalties into its Operating Account.‌
