Common use of Cured Payment Default Clause in Contracts

Cured Payment Default. A Payment Default which has been cured in accordance with Section 9.3 of this Agreement. If at any time during the Payment Default Period the Defaulting Project Participant is in Compliance, then the requirements of a Cured Payment Default shall be deemed to have been satisfied as of the date of receipt of such payments by SCPPA and the Payment Default Period shall expire.
