CURING THE DEFAULTS. If Trustor at any time fails to perform or ------------------- comply with any of the terms, covenants, and conditions required on Trustor's part to be performed and complied with under this Deed of Trust, the Note, any of the other Loan Documents, or any other agreement that, under the terms of this Deed of Trust, Trustor is required to perform, then Beneficiary, after ten (10) days' notice to Trustor (or without notice if Beneficiary determines that an emergency exists), and without waiving or releasing Trustor from any of the Obligations, may, subject to the provisions of any of the agreements:
