Common use of Currency Amounts Clause in Contracts

Currency Amounts. Any reference in this Deed to an amount shall, to the extent that that amount is not already denominated in New Zealand Dollars, mean the amount determined by the Crown to be the New Zealand Dollar equivalent of that amount as at the time relevant to its calculation or determination.
