Common use of Currency and amount Clause in Contracts

Currency and amount. (a) The currency specified in a Utilisation Request must be US Dollars. (b) The amount of the proposed Loan must be: (i) a minimum of USD 5,000,000 and an integral multiple of USD 1,000,000 or, if less, the Available Tranche Commitment for the relevant Tranche; or (ii) such other amount as the Facility Agent may agree.
