Currency and Manner of Payment in Respect of Securities. Unless otherwise specified with respect to any Securities pursuant to Section 3.1, payment of the principal of, premium, if any, and interest, if any, on any Security of such series will be made in the currency or currencies or currency unit or units in which such Security is payable. The provisions of this Section 3.12 may be modified or superseded pursuant to Section 3.1 with respect to any Securities.
