Currency Calculations. Following the Distribution Date, for purposes of calculating the United States Dollar equivalent of any amount payable under any Separation Agreement which is denominated in a currency other than United States Dollars, the New York foreign exchange selling rate applicable to such currency will be used, as published in the Wall Street Journal, New York Edition, for the second Business Day preceding the earlier of the date such payment is due or the date such payment is made (it being understood that this Section 7.18 shall not apply to the conversion of foreign currency balances made as of the Distribution Date in accordance with standard Conexant accounting practices and procedures).
