CURRENCY CONVERSION AND DELIVERY. All payments required in this -------------------------------- License Agreement shall be paid in United States dollars, delivered in accordance with paragraph 6.2 and 13.9 of this License Agreement or to such other place as Licensors may reasonably designate consistent with the applicable laws and regulations in any foreign country. If any currency conversion shall be required in connection with the payment of royalties hereunder, such conversion shall be at the rate in effect at the Chase Manhattan Bank, New York, New York, U.S.A., on the last business day of the calendar quarterly reporting period to which such payment(s) relate.
