Currency Equivalents Generally; Certain Calculations. (a) Except as set forth in clause (c) and Section 4.04(b), (i) for purposes of all valuations and calculations under the Loan Documents, the principal amount and Market Value of all Portfolio Investments and Eligible Investments denominated in a Permitted Non-USD Currency and proceeds denominated in a Permitted Non-USD Currency on deposit in any Permitted Non-USD Currency Account and (ii) for purposes of the calculation of the LTV Ratio, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Advances denominated in a Permitted Non-USD Currency, shall be converted to USD at the Spot Rate in accordance with the definition of such term in consultation with the Administrative Agent on the applicable date of valuation or calculation, as applicable.
