Currency of Payment. All payments under this Policy shall be made in the legal currency of Malaysia. Should any payment be requested by the Insured to be payable in any other currency, then such amount shall be payable in the demand currency as may be purchased in Malaysia at the prevailing currency market rates on the date of the claim settlement.
