Currency of Registrations. All registered trademarks and domain names included in the Assigned Intellectual Property are subsisting and in full force and effect, and no renewal or other fees are owing or unpaid with respect thereto. The execution of this Agreement will not result in the loss or impairment of the rights of the IETF Trust to own or use any Assigned Intellectual Property.
