Common use of Currency Valuations Clause in Contracts

Currency Valuations. The Administrative Agent will determine the Dollar Equivalent Amount of each Loan and Letter of Credit denominated in a currency other than Dollars on each Revaluation Date, and such determination shall be conclusive absent demonstrable error. The Administrative Agent will provide the Company with the amount so determined upon request and, in any event, promptly following the end of each month.
