Current available capacity. Subject to bookings of the relevant manufacturing operations of Supplier prior to receiving a Purchase Order from Zogenix, Supplier’s available capacity for Manufacturing of Drug Substance as of the Effective Date is [***] the (“Initial Capacity”).
