Schedule 5.17 sets forth as of the date of this Agreement all authorizations for expenditures (“AFEs”) in excess of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($250,000.00) per individual AFE or series of related AFEs, in each case, received or issued by such Seller and relating to such Seller’s interest in the Assets to drill or rework xxxxx or for other capital expenditures pursuant to any of the Contracts, in each case, for which all of the activities anticipated in such AFEs or commitments have not been completed as of the date of this Agreement.
