Current Commitments. Exhibit 10 contains a true and complete list, as of the Closing Date, of all AFEs approved by such Seller to drill or rework xxxxx or for material capital expenditures pursuant to any of the Contracts for which all of the activities anticipated in such authorities for material expenditures or material commitments have not been completed by the Closing Date and having a remaining expenditure obligation in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) USD each.
