Common use of Current Commitments Clause in Contracts

Current Commitments. Schedule 4.13 sets forth, as of the date of this Agreement, any authority for expenditures (“AFE”) in excess of $100,000 relating to the Properties to drill or rework Xxxxx or for other capital expenditures pursuant to any of the Material Contracts or any applicable joint operating agreement for which all of the activities anticipated in such AFEs or commitments have not been completed by the date of this Agreement.
