The 'Current Construction Projects' clause identifies and addresses ongoing construction activities that are relevant to the agreement. Current Construction Projects. Schedule 5.32 sets forth a description of all of the Current Construction Projects and all of the Construction Projects presently planned for 2002 including with respect to each project: its location, gross leasable area, total budgeted cost, construction commencement date and expected Rent Stabilization Date which information shall be deemed to be updated to reflect information set forth in Compliance Certificates delivered to Agent.
Current Construction Projects. Bond-funded and other construction projects involving Fair Park that are ongoing as of the Commencement Date will remain with and under the sole, exclusive, and unqualified control of the City as to any and all aspects of same, including but not limited to scope, scheduling, institution, prosecution, and completion of same. The City has no obligation or commitment to the Foundation with regard to same. The Foundation shall cooperate and facilitate any and all such projects and related activities. Upon completion, such renovations or additions will be subject to the Foundation’s operation, management, and maintenance as set forth in this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Current Construction Projects. Following the Closing, Seller shall cause the construction projects (each, “Seller’s Construction Project,” and collectively, “Seller’s Construction Projects”) described in Schedule I to be completed in accordance with the letter agreements attached hereto as Exhibits 12-1, 12-2, 12-3, 12-4 and 12-5.
