Common use of Current Employment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Current Employment Agreement. The Company and Employee heretofore entered into an employment agreement dated March 3, 1997 (the "Current Employment Agreement"). The term of the Current Employment Agreement expires on the last day of the fiscal year of the Company ending on or about December 31, 2000. Company and Employee hereby agree and affirm that the Current Employment Agreement is and shall be in full force and effect through the last day of the fiscal year of the Company ending on or about December 31, 2000.

Current Employment Agreement. The Company and Employee heretofore entered into an employment agreement dated March 329, 1997 2005, which was amended by an amendment dated December 17, 2007 (the "“Current Employment Agreement"”). The term of the Current Employment Agreement expires on the last day of the fiscal year of the Company ending on or about December 31, 20002010. The Company and Employee hereby agree and affirm that the Current Employment Agreement is and shall be in full force and effect through the last day of the fiscal year of the Company ending on or about December 31February 23, 20002010.

The term of the Current Employment Agreement expires on the last day of the fiscal year of the Company ending on or about December 31, 20002005. Company and Employee hereby agree and affirm that the Current Employment Agreement is and shall be in full force and effect through the last day of the fiscal year of the Company ending on or about December 31, 20002005.

The term of the Current Employment Agreement expires on the last day of the fiscal year of the Company ending on or about December 31, 20001997. Company and Employee hereby agree and affirm that the Current Employment Agreement as amended effective as of August 1, 1996, and as might be hereafter further amended, is and shall be in full force and effect through the last day of the fiscal year of the Company ending on or about December 31, 20001997.
