Current Issuer Principal Ledger. Without prejudice to paragraph 8 below, the Current Issuer Cash Manager shall ensure that: (a) the following amounts shall be credited to the Current Issuer Principal Ledger: (i) all principal paid by Funding to the Current Issuer under the terms of the Current Issuer Intercompany Loan; (ii) amounts credited to the Current Issuer Principal Deficiency Ledger under paragraphs 3 and 8 (excluding amounts credited to the Current Issuer Principal Deficiency Ledger under paragraph 8(d)); and (b) any payment or provision made under paragraph 4 of this Schedule 2 shall be debited to the Current Issuer Principal Ledger.
