CURRENT ISSUER TO PAY THE PAYING AGENTS. In order to provide for the payment of interest and principal in respect of the Current Issuer Notes as the same becomes due and payable in accordance with the Current Issuer Conditions and the Current Issuer Trust Deed, the Current Issuer shall pay to the Paying Agents or otherwise cause the Paying Agents to receive on or before the date on which such payment becomes due, an amount which is equal to the amount of principal and interest then falling due in respect of the Current Issuer Notes on such Payment Date.
