Current Los Angeles City Business Tax Registration Certificate Required. For the duration of this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall maintain valid Business Tax Registration Certificate(s) as required by CITY'S Business Tax Ordinance, Section 21.00 et seq. of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (“LAMC”), and shall not allow the Certificate to lapse or be revoked or suspended.

Current Los Angeles City Business Tax Registration Certificate Required. For the duration of this ContractIf applicable, CONTRACTOR shall maintain valid represents that it has obtained and presently holds the Business Tax Registration Certificate(s) as required by the CITY'S Business Tax Ordinance, Section 21.00 et seq. of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (“LAMC”)Code. For the term covered by this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall maintain, or obtain as necessary, all such Certificates required of it under the Business Tax Ordinance, and shall not allow the any such Certificate to lapse or be revoked or suspended.

For the duration of this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall maintain valid Business Tax Registration Certificate(s) as required by CITY'S Business Tax Ordinance, Section 21.00 et seq. of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (“LAMC”), and shall not allow the Certificate seq to lapse or be revoked or suspended.

For The CONTRACTOR/CONSULTANT represents that it has obtained and presently holds the duration of this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall maintain valid Business Tax Registration 'Certificate(s) as required by the CITY'S Business Tax OrdinanceOrdinance (Article 1, Section Chapter 2, sections 21.00 et seq. and following, of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (“LAMC”Code). For the term covered by this Contract, the CONTRACTOR/CONSULTANT shall maintain, or obtain as necessary, all such Certificates required of it under said ordinance and shall not allow the any such Certificate to lapse or be revoked or suspended.

Should any such certificate(s) become suspended or revoked, it is the CONSULTANT’S responsibility to report the matter immediately to the PROJECT MANAGER.
