Current Los Angeles City Business Tax Registration Certificate Required. If applicable, CONSULTANT The Corporation represents that it has obtained and presently holds the Business Tax Registration Certificate(s) required by the CITY'S City’s Business Tax OrdinanceOrdinance (Article 1, SectionChapter 2, sections 21.00 and following, of the Los Angeles Municipal Code). For the term covered by this Agreement, the Corporation shall maintain, or obtain as necessary, all such Certificates required of it under said ordinance and shall not allow any such Certificate to be revoked or suspended.
